Charity Donations

We will be doing everything we can to ensure that with each competition we donate to a Charity of our choosing.

PlantOne, Thousand Year Trust & Working Woodlands Cornwall

When we completed our competition for Baloo we were delighted to let Jake (the winner) choose which charity we would donate to. He decided that he wanted to split the donation and give to three different organisations. In Jake's words - 'The £1,050 donation has been split equally between three organisations very close to my heart - PlantOne Cornwall, Working Woodland Cornwall, and The Thousand Year Trust. All are working towards a shared wider goal of combatting the climate and ecological crises we are living through, by protecting and enhancing woodlands across Cornwall - something that I feel very passionately about. They will help improve biodiversity, cut carbon, and increase connectivity to these natural spaces. PlantOne Cornwall will work with landowners to plant new, high-quality, resilient woodlands; Working Woodlands will expand the their education and impact surrounding sustainable forestry practices; and The Thousand Year Trust will be increasing research and action for expanding the amount of temperate rainforest habitat.'

Mankwe Wildlife Reserve

When we started building Maple, we were contacted Layla - a lady that Jack went to school with who has dedicated many years to volunteering and supporting Mankwe Wildlife Reserve and she has recently gone back to volunteer again. We decided that we wanted to help and donated just over £1,000 to Mankwe. It's amazing having a contact within the charity as Layla has let us know that so far they have decided to use the money to build a new anti poaching cabin to protect one part of the reserve which has become a danger for the Rhinos, we can't wait to see the difference this may make and what they do with the rest of the donation too.

Woodland Trust

When we completed our competition for Dune The Four-Berth Camper we decided that we would like to donate £1,000 to The Woodland Trust. We’ve chosen this charity as we wanted to contribute towards the amazing work that they are doing replanting, restoring, and protecting the UK’s woodlands.

Sea Shepherd UK

When we completed our competition for Neptune The Adventure Van, we decided that we would like to donate £1000 to Sea Shepherd UK. We absolutely love marine life and the ocean and would like to do everything we can to contribute towards protecting our Oceans!

Brain Tumour Research

When we completed our competition for Sprout The Off-Grid Camper, we decided that we would like to donate £1000 to Brain Tumour Research. This Charity is extremely close to home for Jack, as his brother – Gary is a survivor of a Brain Tumour and it has played a massive part in both Jack & his families lives, so we wanted to give back to an amazing Charity like this!

Scotish Wildlife Trust

When we completed our competition for Rusty The Off-Grid VW, we decided that we would like to donate £1000 to The Scottish Wildlife Trust. The scenery and wildlife in Scotland really captured our hearts during our 3 week trip around Scotland in Rusty, so we decided we wanted to give back and contribute towards this.
