Support
We want playing on Land Pirate Conversions to feel fun, fair, and stress-free. This page is here for anyone who wants information on how to stay in control, take a break, or get help from independent organisations if life feels difficult right now.
The services listed below are not connected to us. They are free to contact, and getting in touch with them won’t affect your account or your entries.
Staying in control
Entering prize draws should feel like entertainment, not pressure. A few things that help:
- Set yourself a budget you’re comfortable with before you enter.
- Treat any prize as a bonus, not money you’re counting on.
- Keep an eye on your monthly spend from your account dashboard.
- Take a break whenever you want one. There’s no need to explain why.
There is a Ā£750 monthly spend cap on every account on this site. You can see how much of it you’ve used at any time from your dashboard.
Taking a break
If you’d like to step away from your account, you have three options:
- Pause:Ā a short break of 1 day to 4 weeks. You can end the pause early if you change your mind.
- Suspend:Ā a longer break of at least 6 months. Once active, this can’t be ended early.
- Close:Ā permanent account closure.
